Warranty and Insurance

At Simply Loft we are proud and confident of the standard and quality of our work, that our loft conversion warranty lasts for ten years.   A full breakdown and details of this can be found in your contract that you will sign if you decide to appoint Simply Loft for your loft conversion project.

We are pleased to be able offer this as an optional addition to our standard 10 year warranty to all Simply Loft clients and to guarantee peace of mind during periods of uncertainty. For further details on how this scheme works, please enquire with your surveyor.

Once any snagging work is completed and building control sign off has been gained on completion, a Simply Loft project manager will meet with you to ensure that you have all relevant documentation including your warranty to hand.  This will fully lay out the process and who you need to contact in the unlikely event that you develop a fault on your loft conversion.  

Please note, that it is entirely normal for settlement cracks to appear at any point after we have carried out your loft conversion. We will return to repair settlement cracks up to 12 months after your build is complete.
