Who Are We?

Simply Loft are one of London’s leading loft conversion specialists, focusing on making every loft conversion project as simple and stress free as possible.

Simply Loft was originally founded by husband and wife team Robert and Helen Wood.  The journey began in 2008 when Robert left his full time career in project management of railway and underground construction in London to set up firstly the Simply Extend brand and in 2010, Simply Loft. It started with a vision of creating a domestic or residential building company that would focus on delivering home improvement including kitchen extensions, loft conversions and more recently basement conversions in a simple and clearly structured way with a strong focus on customer care. Affordable, fixed prices, all in one design and build packages as well as project management and client based systems for tracking progress are all central to the way things are run at Simply Loft.

Today the Simply Loft team are transforming and converting hundreds of empty loft and attic spaces all over central and greater London and more recently the Midlands into beautiful, desirable and practical rooms.  For further inspiration and examples of our work, take a look at some of our previous examples of loft conversion projects.
