We used Simply Loft to pretty much add on another floor onto our Victorian terrace house so we ended up with two new bedrooms and a large family bathroom. The process was very swift and efficient, and in terms of timescales, they kept to the proposed timings. Our project manager, Rytis was very easy to work with and came to the property at least once a day and so was available to deal with any problems that cropped up and if needed, he was just a phone call away. The builders arrived promptly each morning and were polite. We were very happy with the result and once the house had settled, a few cracks appeared in the plaster but were dealt with quickly and have been fine since. The after service, if needed was very good. We would have no hesitation in recommending Simply Loft. Great job.

The whole team of workers did a fantastic job. Kestas was a very good project manager, and if ever there was a problem he always did his best to sort it out promptly for us.  Our next door neighbours said what a polite bunch of men that we had working on our house, and also a few neighbours across the road commented on the young men that did the roof, saying how hard working they were and what a lovely job they did.

The overall quality of the work carried out was good including plumbing (very good), electrics, plastering.  We also loved the new stairs idea, which works very well with the space.
