When I was researching companies to carry my loft conversion Simply Loft impressed me the most, not because they were the cheapest but because of the attention to detail. I was allocated a Project Manager, Marius, who has kept me informed of what was happening throughout the project. I received weekly schedules of work, in addition to regular texts, emails, phone calls and meetings. The builders were fantastic, working from 7.30am until after 5pm weekdays and 9- 4 ish on Saturdays, so the building work was completed in 2 weeks. All of the trades have been courteous and very tidy and the quality of their work is excellent. I am now in the last stage of the project (ahead of schedule) and would definitely recommend Simply Loft to anyone.

We engaged Simply Construction (Simply Loft) to undertake a loft conversion for our home in Balham. Everyone we dealt with (and particularly our Project Manager Marius, and Marion in Customer Service) was efficient and responsive, which ensured that the project ran very smoothly. The build started on time, was completed on time and finished on budget – and the finish is excellent. We would certainly recommend them.

We have recently had our loft converted into a double bedroom with ensuite done by Simply Loft and we are very happy with the final product. Our Project Manager, Giedrius, has been great throughout the process and his team of builders are so hard working and have achieved a high quality finish. They were also the cheapest quote out of 4 we have received so excellent value of money. Their dedicated customer service representative, Marion, has also been lovely to speak with and has been giving us regular calls to ensure we are happy with how the build was progressing. All in all we are happy to recommend their service.

Simply Loft made what can be a daunting task of finding a company to do a loft conversion into a “simply” simple process. from the initial meeting with Rob to visiting a home with a completed loft room to meeting our project manager everything went smoothly.

The team allocated to us were very professional and took pride in delivering good workmanship they were very attentive to our welfare living inside while the dusty work was going on.We were kept informed of the schedule of work and payments. There were no hidden bits to send us into meltdown. Communication was excellent as was your speedy response to any queries or concerns also shout out to Marion who rang us during intervals to see if all was ok.
