Whilst the general type of loft conversion chosen was a dormer loft conversion design (which are excellent for maximising space potential), the internal specification was detailed and beautifully thought out. This included an abundance of storage underneath the eaves in the sloping part of the roof; a pocket sliding door to the bathroom to save space and a step leading up to the storage area, which added a large amount of character. Our client decided to choose black window frames and a black radiator, which complemented the final design of the room. Externally the dormer was cladded with imitation slate tiles to add a contemporary look.
