Mark and Hazel from Greenwich, South East London approached Simply Loft to help them create and build a loft conversion that would add considerable space to their home.

It all began with a site surveyor with one of our surveyors, where measurements were taken and ideas discussed. Following this and once Mark and Hazel were happy with their quotation, plans were drawn up to construct a large rear dormer loft conversion and l-section (otherwise know as a pod loft conversion) over the back of their home.

This fantastic space was used to house two extra rooms; one a light and airy master bedroom complete with luxurious en suite shower room. The extra room over the l-section part of the house was to be used as a an office space; ideal with it being at the top and most quietest part of the home.

The finished rooms have been completed to a high standard with the main bedroom housing a large juliet balcony overlooking their garden, to create a light and bright space. The exterior of the loft conversion has also been cladded in slate tiles to create a modern and aesthetically pleasing look.
