This stunning loft conversion completed in South East London by the Simply Loft Team created the perfect space for 2 spacious bedrooms and a light and airy new bathroom.

The conversion has completely transformed the home, both for the lifestyle of the family and for the financial terms of the property. Adding two spacious bedrooms and a family bathroom will add huge amounts of value to the property.

The wonderful layout of the bathroom has created a spacious and bright space, with the choice of neutral marble textured tiles to complement the clean and fresh feel throughout the bathroom. Consisting of a walk-in shower as well as a separate bath, this bathroom is perfect for relaxing in the evening, soaking in the bath or taking a rejuvenating shower in the morning to wake up and feel ready for the day. The bath has been placed under the eaves of the loft. Underneath the eaves is usually dead space in a loft conversion, so placing the bath there, fills in that usually abandoned space. This area of a loft conversion is usually considered the darkest because some clients don’t add windows to this space, but here the client has added windows and created a bright, welcoming hallway which looks inviting.

The bedrooms have both been made for children’s bedroom space. As you split from the hallway you are taken into one of the children’s bedrooms. With a beautiful light purple being used for the walls, this is a classic paint choice to suit a child for a good few years! The space has been left quite open, with the bed having storage space, which has allowed for less furniture throughout. The lighting has been sourced from a beautiful Juliet balcony on the rear side of this loft conversion.

The children have now got the whole of upstairs as their own independent space within this loft conversion.
