This leafy suburb in South West London is home to many properties which are ideal for converting with a loft conversion just as Rosemary did. During and after her initial visit by Simply Loft, it was decided that a rear dormer and l-section loft conversion would be perfect for her type of property – a victorian terrace. The loft conversion was to house a brand new bedroom with a juliette balcony for Rosemary complete with an extra bathroom over the l-section part of her home. The l-section of a period home can often be forgotten but when converted can actually house enough space to also have an extra bedroom. Instead Rosemary decided to use her l-section part for a huge bathroom including a large walk in shower.
Once the construction and snagging phases were complete, decoration and furnishings were added and Rosemary has been very pleased with the end result and happy to recommend Simply Loft.
