Brief: Loft Conversion Charlton. Rear dormer, L-section loft conversion; creating one large bedroom with dressing area over the L-section as well as an en-suite shower room.

The new space would provide the client’s family with a large new bedroom and en suite shower room. Perhaps the most unique aspect of the new build was the unique dressing areas, which was designed and installed over the L-section of the home. It provided the new section of the home to have a real identity and ensured that the room was tailor made for the family member who would spend the most time in there.
After our designs were approved by the family, we were able to carry out construction on the project in just 8 weeks. This included installing all of the necessary plumbing in the new shower room and decorating each room as well.
A beautiful and natural looking wood effect floor was installed to complement a contemporary decorative scheme, which included one feature wall papered in traditional, floral print. The eclectic choice of furnishings added to the sensation that old-fashioned designed was meeting modern design in an exciting way. To bring things even closer to modern day, a pair of large skylights was installed in the apex roof.
