Brief: Rear dormer loft conversion in Croydon to a mid-terrace house, creating a new bedroom and additional en suite bathroom with a combination of dormer windows and skylights.

Simply Loft was hired to create an additional bedroom and en suite in this Croydon mid-terrace, designing and building a rear dormer loft conversion. The result was a bright space with a chic, contemporary finish.
The London loft conversion features both a dormer window and a skylight in the bedroom, and a window in the bathroom to allow lots of natural light to flood the space. The double aspect of the bedroom allows views to the front and rear.
Inside, the bedroom is finished in a smart, contemporary style with wooden floors and sleek spotlights. In the bathroom, meanwhile, we fitted an elegant, modern shower suite as well as sandstone tiles for a warmer look that’s easy to care for.
