Rear Dormer Loft Conversion Case Study South East London

Brief: Simply Loft were called in to construct a dormer loft conversion for Nathan, which included a new bedroom, bathroom and dressing room to their home in Bellingham, South East London.
Wishing to expand his home in South East London with a loft conversion, Nathan called in the experts at Simply Loft to help construct a large rear dormer loft conversion, to provide him with some much needed extra space.
As a design and build loft conversion specialist, Simply Loft took Nathan’s wishes and ideas through the whole design and planning phase through to the actual construction and completion of the loft. This special design meant that the stairs to the loft were brought up through the middle of the space allowing a dressing area to be housed on the opposite side to the bedroom and bathroom.
Once the actual construction element was completed in just a short few weeks, the team set to work completing the finer details inside such as the tiling of the bathroom and installing all the sanitary ware. The carpentry work was also installed including all the architraves and skirting boards, doors and window sills.
The team also used their skills to build Nathan and his wife a dressing room including various storage areas and hanging rails. Needless to say, Nathan was extremely pleased with the final finish and is subsequently enjoying the space that Simply Loft created for him.
