Brief: A hip to gable and rear dormer loft conversion was added to this semi detached property in Epsom, Surrey, South West London.
Emily first approached Simply Loft in 2017 to enquire about carrying out her loft conversion with Simply Loft. Like many other Simply Loft clients. Emily came via a recommendation from one of her friends. The brief to Simply Loft was relatively straight forward as Emily wanted to create a large extra bedroom in her loft area, which also included an ensuite shower room and toilet.

It was also evident from other neighbours in the street who had done a similar design, that this was the most appropriate style in order to maximise space on this type of property.
As designs and calculations were already in place as well as party wall agreements, the Simply Loft construction team were able to get started almost straight away with the loft conversion. The finishing touches such as a large juliet balcony and bespoke wardrobes were pleasing additions to the room, with the end result being a large, yet peaceful bedroom to hide away in!
