After an initial meeting at our client’s mid-terrace residence, our surveyors carried out a thorough and free-of-charge on-site assessment. After meticulous assessment and thoughtful deliberation, it was concluded that a rear and L-shaped dormer loft conversion would be the best option for this mid-terrace property, providing sufficient room for two bedrooms and a generously sized ensuite bathroom.
This elegantly designed loft conversion seamlessly integrates a bathroom, master bedroom, and a separate office, all accessible via a new staircase meticulously crafted by our skilled builders to complement the existing staircases in the home.
