Brief: Loft conversion to a home in Mitcham, South London. A classic rear dormer loft conversion was designed and constructed adding a useful additional bedroom, with dressing area and ensuite shower room.
Simply Loft were contacted by Joe and Kristina at the start of 2018 to help them add some additional space to their home in Mitcham with a loft conversion. After a visit from the Simply Loft surveying team it was decided that a rear dormer loft conversion would be the best and most appropriate type of loft conversion for their mid terraced home. The space was designed cleverly, so that not only was there enough room for a bedroom large enough to house a double bed, but also a lovely and useful dressing area located under the eaves of the roof. This was a great way of using space, which is often forgotten about. In addition to this, a grey, modern tiled shower room was added to complete their perfect hideaway in their loft.
