Brief: Loft Conversion Ealing. To carry out a Hip-to-Gable rear dormer loft conversion creating, for their growing family, an additional bedroom and ensuite bathroom. We also re-roofed the front existing roof.
Timescale: 8 weeks
Simply Loft designed a hip to gable rear dormer loft conversion, which provided the client with an extra bedroom and en suite bathroom. The company then completed the building project in full, without contracting the project to another provider. In order to complete the project, the Simply Loft building team also reroofed the front existing roof, updating the roof and bringing it into line with the conversion project to the rear of the property.
Brendan and Mageda’s loft conversion in Ealing was completed in just 8 weeks, and this included reroofing the property and decorating the interior of the loft. Once the 8 weeks were up, the family were able to enjoy a completely decorated and ready to live in space.
A decent sized new bedroom featured more than enough room for a double bed while a pair of skylights allowed for the maximum amount of natural light into the property. Integral storage was included into the walls of the bedroom to provide storage without compromising living space, while a walk-in shower and toilet were installed in the en suite bathroom.
