Brief: Loft Conversion East Sheen. To create a Hip-to-Gable rear dormer loft conversion giving the client an additional bedroom and bathroom. Fittings / finish to be to a high standard.
Timescale: 6 weeks
In just six short weeks, John and Lynn from Kings Road, East Sheen were able to expand their home with a bright and exquisitely decorated loft conversion with a new bedroom and en suite bathroom. Our London loft conversion is a terrific example of how much can be done with a small space. This is particularly true of simple but effective features of the room, like a brilliant bathroom door, which folds into sections rather than extending out into the room when opened. A walk in shower and integral wardrobe space also add to the effectiveness of the space.
Simply Loft worked closely with the clients to create a design for their loft which accommodated all of their needs. Once they were happy, it was on to the build. The Simply Loft team were able to tackle every aspect of the manual project, including modification and the installation of necessary plumbing and electrical.

Largely decorated in white, with trimmings in black and one eye-catching section of red within the bathroom, the space is a visual feast.
It is helped by a healthy dose of natural light which is provided in part by skylights in both rooms.
