I used Simply Loft to add on another floor onto our Victorian terrace house. This allowed us to have 2 new bedrooms and a large family bathroom. The process was very swift and efficient. In terms of timescales they kept to the proposed timescales throughout. Our project manager, was very easy to work with and came to the property at least once a day and was available to deal with should any problems arise, he was always just a phone call away. The builders arrived promptly each morning and were always polite and well mannered. We were extremely pleased with the result and once the house had settled, a few cracks appeared in the plaster as you would expect with settlement cracks, but were dealt with quickly and have been fine since. The after customer care service, if needed was very good. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Simply Loft. Brilliant job!
