Brief: Rear dormer loft conversion creating one bedroom and one ensuite bathroom. A useful utility area was created under the eaves in the bathroom to house a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Some people want to build a study, others a games room, a home cinema or a music studio. Rather than install simple bathroom, made up of toilet, sink and shower, we were able to make more of the space available; incorporating eaves storage which housed a washing machine and tumble dryer. In addition to making the most of the space available, this also meant that washer and dryer were a lot further from the main living areas than is usually the case.
Now, Lucy and her family and friends can enjoy more peace and quiet, while Lucy has a handy space in which to ensure that those nagging chores are done.
