Brief: Loft conversion Mortlake. To create a rear dormer loft conversion to a mid-terrace 1st floor maisonette. Further space within the property has been renovated by delivering an additional bedroom, and fully fitted bathroom.
In just a short amount of time, Lucie from Mortlake was able to extend her home with a beautiful, light and airy loft conversion. This included generously sized skylights to produce as much light as possible, a staircase and full bathroom insulation.

The Simply Loft Team effortlessly produced an elegant and bright bedroom for our client. A beautiful en-suite bathroom was created by fully installing all the necessary piping and wiring before being able to fully fit the new amenities to include shower and stunning free standing bath. A mirrored sliding pocket door completed the bathroom elegantly.
White double glazed timber sash and sky light windows were installed to flood the loft with as much natural light as possible. The whole space was then decorated to a high finish by our team, to also include a wall mounted flat screen TV. Exposed brickwork and stylish, shabby chic finishing touches makes this a truly wonderful guest room.
Needless to say Lucie is thrilled with the new space created by Simply Loft in such a short amount of time, and we are too!
